Return Policy – Rich Drip

At Rich Drip, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with a smooth return process.

By placing an order with Rich Drip, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Return Policy.

Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that is used, damaged, washed, or returned after the allowed time period will not be accepted.

Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact our support team. Once your request is approved, our return address will be shared with you. Customers are required to courier the product back to us as pickup service is not available at this time. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Product Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our quality control team. Only after successful inspection will the return be approved for refund or exchange.

Refunds
After approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, the exchange will be processed after we receive and verify the returned item. All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include innerwear, accessories, and clearance or sale items. Products returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition will also not be accepted.

Imported Product Notice
All products sold at Rich Drip are imported directly from overseas and are not sourced from official brand representatives in India. Minor variations in packaging or labeling may occur due to international sourcing.

Return Shipment Responsibility
Customers are advised to pack returned products securely to avoid damage during transit. Rich Drip is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

Policy Updates
Rich Drip reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately once published on the website.
