1. Product Disclaimer
   All products sold at Rich Drip are imported directly from overseas and are not sourced from the official brand representatives in India. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
2. Order Confirmation
   • All orders placed on our website will be confirmed through a verification call from our customer care team.
   • Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation.
3. Order Processing
   • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
   • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping & Delivery
   • We deliver across India using trusted courier partners.
   • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
   • A tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
   • Express delivery (1–3 days) is available in selected cities at an additional cost.
5. Delivery Delays
   Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Rich Drip is not liable for delays beyond its control.
6. Exchange Policy
   • Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.
   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
   • Customers must courier the product back to us as pick-up service is currently unavailable.
   • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
7. Return Policy
   • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and packed in original condition with tags.
   • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
   • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
8. Refund Policy
   • Refunds will be initiated after complete inspection of returned products.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
   • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
9. Non-Returnable Items
   The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
   • Innerwear
   • Accessories
   • Clearance or sale items
   • Products returned in damaged or used condition
10. Return Shipment Risk
    Customers are advised to pack products securely while sending them back. Rich Drip will not be responsible for any damage or loss during return transit.
11. Pricing & Payments
    • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
    • Rich Drip reserves the right to change prices and offers without prior notice.
12. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Rich Drip website including logos, images, text, designs, and graphics are the exclusive property of Rich Drip and may not be used without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
    Rich Drip shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
